Resumen : Realizar el cálculo y diseño de un sistema de aire acondicionado por agua helada para el edificio de oficinas SOHO 3 a ser construido en la ciudad de Lima, en el distrito de Magdalena, que cuenta con doce pisos, una planta de azotea y una planta de techo. Con un área construida de 25,446.73 metros cuadrados.
In the present thesis is performed the calculation and design of a system of Air Conditioning for cool water for the office building SOHO 3 to being constructed in the city of Lima, in Magdalena's district; that possesses twelve floors, a plant of roof and a plant of ceiling. With an area constructed of 25,446.73 square meters. To make the design of an air conditioning system for cool water starts by determining the thermal load required for applications offices, for this calculation is used psychometry, then the amount of required tonnes are chosen an air conditioner system centralized. Once it determined the system proceeds to select the evaporator units (Fan Coils) according to the heat load of each room to be air conditioned; then the pipeline and its route is dimensioned considering the most appropriate distribution flow for each room, finally we proceed to distribute the diffusers, return grilles and thermostats. After selecting the total evaporator units proceed to select the chiller, which is a centralized unit for the entire system, to complete the system proceeds to calculate the diameter of the pipe that carries cool water with the help of primary pumps and secondary, which also selected with the help of the flow rate and total pressure drop of the piping system. Finished calculations illustrate the design of the system architecture of the building thanks to the AUTOCAD software. The work includes a budget that considers the supply of equipment described and installation costs of the proposed system. Finally, a calculation of energy consumption of the proposed system and direct expansion system is in this chapter that discuss which of these two systems generates less spending and investment recovery is done in less time.
