El liderazgo directivo en la gestión de conflictos de instituciones educativas

Abstract

El objetivo del artículo fue determinar la relación existente entre el liderazgo directivo y la gestión de conflictos en las instituciones educativas públicas. Se corresponde con el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica; la metodología tuvo tres fases: indagación, clasificación y sistematización de la información, sirvió de base para explorar los tipos, el rol del líder y su presencia en la gestión de conflictos en las instituciones educativas. Los resultados demuestran que existe tendencia hacia el liderazgo situacional. Confirmándose, que el liderazgo del director aporta al cambio en las instituciones educativas a nivel de la gestión de conflictos.

The objective of the article was to determine the relationship between managerial leadership and conflict management in public educational institutions. It corresponds to the quantitative approach, of the basic type; The methodology had three phases: investigation, classification and systematization of the information, served as a basis to explore and understand the types, the role of the leader and his presence in conflict management in educational institutions. The results show that there is a trend towards situational leadership. Confirming, that the leadership of the director contributes to the change in educational institutions at the level of conflict management.
