Re implementación del ERP Oracle EBS R12 para la solución integral financiera y contable para una empresa comercial mayorista

Abstract

Los Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) son herramientas completas y muy beneficiosas para toda organización, desde empresas grandes hasta en la actualidad donde empresas pequeñas también pueden contar con 1 sistema a medida y costo asequibles al mercado. El propósito del trabajo tiene como objetivo el re implementar en ERP E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 que buscará la integración con el Sistema Comercial de la empresa ya que está generando problemas a los usuarios, así como a los usuarios [sic], jefaturas y gerencia, en disponer de información oportuna y real, además que el ERP fueron mal implementados por la anterior consultoría encargada y presentan problemas de comunicación con el Sistema comercial mayorista. Para el proyecto se utilizó las metodologías de implementación Oracle Implementation Methodology (AIM)propio del producto de Oracle que permitirá realizar la correcta implementación. AIM está basada en cincof ases: definición, elaboración, construcción, transición y producción, y la metodología de gestión de proyecto Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Para la empresa comercial mayorista se logró mejorar los módulos y procesos, disminuir los problemas de comunicación entre ambos sistemas e integrar la información financiera y contable resultante. La correcta implementación del ERP Oracle es una solución viable para empresas grandes que requieren mejores resultados a sus procesos, logrando satisfacer la necesidad requerida.

The purpose of the work is to re-implement in ERP E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 that will seek integration with the Commercial System of the company since it is generating problems for users, as well as users, headquarters and management, in having timely and real information, in addition to the fact that the ERP was poorly implemented by the previous consultancy in charge and they present communication problems with the wholesale commercial system. For the project, the Oracle Implementation Methodology (AIM) implementation methodologies of the Oracle product were used, which will allow the correct implementation to be carried out. AIM is based on five phases: definition, elaboration, construction, transition and production, and the project management methodology Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).For the wholesale trading company, it was possible to improve the modules and processes, reduce communication problems between both systems and integrate the resulting financial and accounting information.The correct implementation of Oracle ERP is a viable solution for largecompanies that require better results from their processes, managing to satisfy the required need.
