Diseño de un enlace microondas entre las sucursales de la cooperativa Santiago Apostol de Talavera y Andahuaylas para acceso al software financiero

Abstract

Diseñar un radio enlace terrestre entre los distritos de Talavera y Andahuaylas pertenecientes al departamento de Apurímac. El radio enlace básicamente consistirá en unir remotamente la sede principal de la Cooperativa Santiago Apóstol ubicada en la ciudad de Andahuaylas con la agencia ubicada en la ciudad de Talavera a una distancia de 4.47 km en línea recta porque esta última requiere el acceso a la base de datos del servidor a través de un software financiero en el que diariamente se realizan operaciones como desembolso de créditos, abonos, cancelaciones y actividades financieras a fin de minimizar el tiempo de atención y espera de los socios y trabajadores. Se verificó la tecnología actual (software VPN a través de la red pública de Internet) utilizada en la Cooperativa, se identificó las limitaciones que tiene el servicio actualmente, luego se verificó la viabilidad para poder establecer una comunicación inalámbrica directa con la sede Talavera obteniendo resultados negativos debido a obstáculos que existe en el lugar. Durante la inspección en campo se realizó recolección de información sobre coordenadas geográficas, mediciones de altura sobre el nivel del mar, tipo de terreno, obstáculos, facilidades, etc. Se determinó un punto en común entre ambas ciudades donde se sugiere establecer una repetidora. Se realizó el budget (presupuesto) del enlace y luego se comparó los cálculos teóricos con la simulación en el software Radio Mobile autenticando la viabilidad del enlace. Posteriormente, se realizó el cálculo del ancho de banda requerido para los servicios incluyendo el ancho de banda de una red VoIP propuesto a fin de minimizar gastos operativos y por último se muestra la comparación y elección del equipo a utilizar, costos y presupuestos. Se demuestra que el radio enlace propuesto mejorará la calidad de servicio prestado por la entidad minimizando el tiempo de atención comparado con la tecnología actual (red Internet comercial), gracias a que se establece un acceso exclusivo a la información y no dependerá de la conexión a Internet pública. Se optimizará la atención al público, logrando mayor fluidez de operaciones lo cual generará más ingresos económicos. También se conseguirá reducir los gastos de los servicios contratados en el distrito de Talavera debido que se podrá canalizar desde la sede central.
