Implementación de un sistema logístico y su relación con la productividad en el área de almacén de la empresa importadora Ricardo Dongo E.I.R.L

Abstract

El presente trabajo está basado en la implementación de un sistema logístico y su relación con la productividad en el área de almacén de una empresa importadora. El capítulo I, contempla tanto el planteamiento del problema lo cual nos ha permitido identificar el problema general como específicos y los objetivos del trabajo propuesto aplicado a la empresa importadora. El capítulo II, detalla el marco teórico de nuestra investigación, en el cual se ha desarrollado conceptos y definiciones importantes basándonos en la propuesta a presentar. El capítulo III, ofrece como contenido nuestra hipótesis y variables de la investigación correspondiente. El capítulo IV, ofrece como contenido la metodología de nuestra investigación. En el capítulo V, resultados que hay al implementar un sistema logístico y su relación con la productividad del área de almacén de la empresa a tratar. En conclusión, tenemos el capítulo VI, donde se presenta las conclusiones y recomendaciones del presente trabajo, con el objetivo de que el modelo propuesto se ha aplicado a la empresa en mención, para su mejor funcionamiento y que este sea productivo.

The present work is based on the implementation of a logistic system and its relationship with the productivity in the warehouse area of an importing company. Chapter I, contemplates both the approach to the problem which has allowed us to identify The general problem as specific and the objectives of the proposed work applied to the importing company. Chapter II, details the theoretical framework of our research, which has developed concepts and important definitions based on the proposal to submit. Chapter III provides as content our hypothesis and variables of the corresponding investigation. Chapter IV, offers as content the methodology of our research. In chapter V, results that are to implement a logistics system and its relationship to the productivity of the warehouse area of the company to treat. In conclusion, we have the chapter VI, which presents the conclusions and recommendations of this work, with the objective that the proposed model has been applied to the company in question, for its better functioning and that this be productive.
